- Additional Forms at Forms | Office of the Registrar (Excess Units, Incomplete Extension, Late Add, Reinstatement, etc.)
- Additional Forms at the Office of Undergraduate 教育 (Course Drop, Withdrawal)

- Click on the form link.
- Login using your 菠菜网lol正规平台 credentials.
- Fill out the form and submit it.
